The present disclosure provides isolated monoclonal antibodies that speci fically bind to CD22 with high affinity, particularly human monoclonal antib odies. Nucleic acid molecules encoding the antibodies of this disclosure, ex pression vectors, host cells and methods for expressing the antibodies of th is disclosure are also provided. Antibody- partner molecule conjugates, bisp ecific molecules and pharmaceutical compositions comprising the antibodies o f this disclosure are also provided. This disclosure also provides methods f or detecting CD22, as well as methods for treating various cancers and infla mmatory and autoimmune disorders using an anti-CD22 antibody of this disclos ure.
