<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pulse width measuring device capable of measuring accurately a pulse width, being an inexpensive component constitution. <P>SOLUTION: Since an integrator 32 accumulates and outputs each voltage level Vo corresponding to the width of each phase difference pulse S<SB>TD</SB>in an analog way, the width of each phase difference pulse S<SB>TD</SB>is calculated accurately by utilizing the voltage level Vo. Since voltage level Vo from the integrator 32 is increased in proportion to the number of phase difference pulses S<SB>TD</SB>, the width of each phase difference pulse S<SB>TD</SB>is measured easily. In addition, in this case, since conversion of the width of each phase difference pulse S<SB>TD</SB>into the voltage level Vo is performed not by a multiplier or an expensive component operated at high speed but by the inexpensive integrator 32, the inexpensive component constitution as the pulse width measuring device 48 is provided. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
