PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polymer compound which can be suitably used for forming a polymer light-emitting element excellent in the longevity characteristics, when used as a material for a light-emitting element. SOLUTION: The polymer compound comprises a constitutional unit expressed by formula (1) and a constitutional unit expressed by formula (2) and also other two kinds of constitutional units, and has a number-average molecular weight, in terms of the polystyrene, of 103-108.
