PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a broken type double-ballel over-and-under rifle equipped with an extractor device capable of carrying out controlled extraction of a cell case or a cartridge. SOLUTION: The break-open over-and-under rifle 21 has an upper barrel 23s and a lower barrel 23i, two symmetrical side seats 30 are formed on both sides of a sleeve A, and each side seat 30 is composed to receive an extractors 60a, 60b in sliding engagement actuated by a spring 6. In each of the extractors 60a, 60b, a selector mean 70 is fixedly connected to the sleeve A. Each selector means 70 is arranged in an engagement position of the corresponding extractor 60a, 60b to limit sliding of the extractors 60a, 60b, or in a disengagement position of the corresponding extractor 60a, 60b to allow free sliding of the extractors 60a, 60b.
