PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrically connecting device capable of sufficiently securing the connection area to the tester on one surface of the wiring substrate even in the case of expanding of the probe area to the external area of the reinforcing plate because of enlarged probe substrate. SOLUTION: A wiring path of the wiring substrate is formed such that a first vertical path passes through in the thickness direction at the external periphery of the wiring substrate and connected with the connector on the upper side, a second vertical path to be connected with the spring connecters on the other surface and a horizontal path for connecting both the vertical paths, and the second vertical path is formed in the arrangement region (S1) of the reinforcing plate. The one side of the wiring of the wiring substrate of connecting end (electrically connecting device side) is arranged in the arrangement region (S1) of the reinforcing plate. While the other side of the wiring of the wiring substrate of the connecting end part (probe side) is distributedly arranged in the arrangement region (S2) which is wider than the arrangement region (S1) of the reinforcing plate.
