<p>A magnet device comprises a movable magnet and stationary magnets. The movable magnet lies in the magnetic field of the stationary magnets, the angle between the polar axis of the movable magnet and the direction of magnetic field of the stationary magnets ranges between 45° and 135°. In an application of magnet motor, many electromagnetic coils and many stationary magnets of a stator are arranged alternatively to form a circular ring. The electromagnetic coils are energized or deenergized respectively by a predetermined sequence so that a magnetic force area of the stationary magnets becomes a rotating magnetic force area, the movable magnet of a rotor moves in the rotating magnetic force area.</p>
