A method of processing a dried yellow corvina by soaking in a mixture containing sea salt and mulberry leaf powder is provided to remove a fishy smell, minimizes fish spoilage and to obtain the physiological ingredients of Chrysanthemum sibiricum. A dried yellow corvina whose scales and gills are moved is salted in a mixture containing 100 parts by weight of sea salt and 5 to 15 parts by weight of mulberry leaf powder, bound with plaited straw, washed with diluted liquid containing 100 parts by weight of water and 2.5 to 5 parts by weight of Chrysanthemum sibiricum powder 2 to 3 times, dried while evenly spraying mulberry leaf extract and then refrigerated. The mulberry leaf powder is obtained by parboiling in boiling water, drying in a shade to a moisture content of 5 to 7% and grinding to 50 to 100meshes. The mulberry extract is obtained by mixing mulberry leaf powder and water, extracting at 55 to 65deg.C for 2 to 3hr and concentrating under reduced pressure. Chrysanthemum sibiricum powder is obtained by parboiling the flower and leaf of Chrysanthemum sibiricum in boiling water, drying in a shade to a moisture content of 5 to 7% and grinding to 50 to 100meshes.
