<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) label which can disable its function as the RFID label when illegal replacement is attempted to prevent future illegal use and can be surely broken with a simple configuration. <P>SOLUTION: The RFID label comprising a label main body 3 having an RFID inlet 5 with an antenna 10 and an IC chip 9 is provided while forming a cut 13 on at least one of the label main body 3 and the RFID inlet 5. On at least one of the RFID inlet 5 and the label main body 3, a cut 13 is formed in the direction of the antenna 10, and the antenna 10 can be broken when the label main body 3 is peeled off an object. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
