<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an opinion collection system, an opinion collection method and an opinion collection program for actively writing data in a place where data are electronically written such as an electronic notice board. <P>SOLUTION: A writing sentence generation part 10 of an opinion collection system 1 generates a writing sentence, and a writing place specification part 11 specifies the writing place in an electronic notice board managed by an electronic bulletin board server 2, and a writing part 12 writes the generated writing sentence in the writing place.
