PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioner capable of combining design and functions without generating dew condensation. SOLUTION: This air conditioner comprises a wind guide panel 7 disposed in the vicinity of a lower end periphery of a blow-out port 4 of a casing 2 turnably to the casing 2. The wind guide panel 7 has a structure having a foam layer stacked on a back face of a plate-shaped face material, and is divided into a cover panel 8 mainly covering the blow-out port 4 in a covering attitude, and an extending panel 9 disposed at an upper side of the cover panel 8.
