PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat-resistant acrylic resin excellent in the external appearance and physical properties. SOLUTION: The filtering method for a heat-resistant acrylic resin according to the present invention comprises using a polymer filter which is provided with a housing, a center pole 9, a leaf disk filter 7 having a filtration precision of 15μm or less, a holding disk 3 positioned upstream from the leaf disk filter 7, and a cap 1 having a bolt for fixing the holding disk 3 to the center pole 9, wherein the above polymer filter has a seal ring 10 in the clearance between the above center pole 9 and the above holding disk 3.
