PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a substrate having protein adsorption-inhibiting surfaces and useful as a wide medical material, and to provide a use thereof. SOLUTION: This substrate is characterized by having a self-tissue membrane comprising a peptide derivative prepared by introducing a polyalkylene oxide chain on one end side of a peptide specifically having an affinity for a hydrophobic organic polymer on the surface of a support comprising the hydrophobic organic polymer.
