PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the following problem: it is difficult to efficiently practice telephone responses alone. SOLUTION: Speech data stored in a device is classified into the other side (response part) and the own side (practice part) and managed. A flag indicating which part, the response part or the practice part, reproduction of the speech data is to be started from, is prepared, and the starting order is controlled by this flag.
