PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance operability of an operator in a communication command system by adjusting the amplification volume automatically by a wireless monitor means when the operator performs wireless communication. SOLUTION: The communication command system comprises a plurality of command boards performing selection control of a plurality of wireless communication apparatuses and having a wireless monitor means 88f for amplifying a voice transmitted/received by the wireless communication apparatus and delivering a monitor voice from a speaker, and a command controller connected with the command boards to perform communications, controlling the wireless communication apparatus according to a designation from the command board and outputting the voice of the wireless communication apparatus to the wireless monitor means 88f. The command board is provided with a wireless monitor control means 8e for lowering the volume of monitor voice outputted from the wireless monitor means 88f temporarily when one of the plurality of command boards selects a wireless communication apparatus and the wireless communication apparatus is under selection by a designation from one command board.
