A SELECTION TECHNIQUE FOR USE IN A MULTIPLE-INPUT MULTIPLE-OUTPUT (MIMO) SYSTEM
摘要
A multi-access multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) system comprises a base station (BS) and a number of user equipment (UE), N, for serving N users. For each UE, the BS station forms a ratio between the Frobenius norm of the channel state matrix and the average of the Frobenius norm of the channel state matrix. This ratio is representative of a normalized SNR. The BS then selects those k UE to be turned "on" whose normalized SNR exceeds a threshold.
