The invention relates to an electromotive furniture drive for the relative adjustment of parts of a piece of furniture, which comprises a drive element, drivingly connected to an electric motor, for impinging with an adjusting force a part of the piece of furniture to be adjusted. According to the invention, the drive comprises delay elements which, during the initial phase of the adjusting movement and during a delay travel, delay the transmission of a maximum adjusting force onto the part (40) to be adjusted. Transmission is delayed in such a manner that the maximum adjusting force acts upon the part to be adjusted only at the end of said delay travel. |
