An electronic medical chart information creating device comprises a storage unit (12) for storing COA information including detail information on each medical treatment and electronic medical chart information on each patient composed of the COA information, an input unit (11) for inputting information on medical care plans and information on the practiced treatments, electronic medical chart information acquiring unit (13) for acquiring medical treatment information and medical chart information corresponding to the inputted information on the medical care plans and the inputted information on the practiced treatments from the storage unit, and display screen information creating unit (14) for creating display screen information from the acquired information on the medical care plans and the acquired information on the practiced treatment, the COA information, and electronic medical chart information. The electronic medical chart information creating device can manages information while distinguishing the information on the medical care plans and the actual medical treatments. An electronic medical chart information creating method and an electronic medical chart information creating program are also disclosed.
