<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To confirm the presence/absence of wasteful printing based on a thumbnail image, and to track a leakage path when confidential information leaks. <P>SOLUTION: A server computer 1030 collects a plurality of pieces of print job information, and analyzes the use circumstances of a printer based on that, and displays the result of analysis. Also, a chasing system generates and holds a reduced image. When the specific site of analytic results is designated, a print job corresponding to the specific site is extracted, and the reduced image corresponding to the print job is acquired and displayed from among reduced images stored in the chasing system.
