<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a curable composition which cures with high sensitivity, has good pattern forming property, reduces residues on development, and excels in adhesion to a support, a color filter having a colored pattern of a good shape formed using the curable composition and having high color reproducibility, and a production method by which the color filter can be produced with high productivity. <P>SOLUTION: The colored curable composition for color filters comprises (a) a compound having at least one ethylenically unsaturated double bond, (b) a photopolymerization initiator and (c) a colorant, wherein the photopolymerization initiator (b) comprises (A) a biimidazole compound, (B) a sensitizing dye and (C) a mercapto compound, and a content of (A)+(B)+(C) is 5-15 mass% of a total solid content of the colored curable composition for color filters. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
