<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lighting apparatus using a solid light-emitting element as a light source, which can reduce a generated heat and a power consumption. <P>SOLUTION: The lighting apparatus is provided with a voltage supplying part to supply voltage and a plurality of solid light-emitting elements 31 which emit light by a voltage supplied from the voltage supplying part, and the plurality of the solid light-emitting elements 31 are connected in series and a supplied voltage from the voltage supplying part is impressed on the plurality of solid light-emitting elements connected in series.
