<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce magnetic particles of a nanocomposite metal containing FePt particles and Fe particles, through one pass of a synthesis reaction. <P>SOLUTION: The method for producing the magnetic particles of the nanocomposite metal containing the FePt particles and the Fe particles comprises the steps of: dissolving a salt of Fe and a salt of Pt in a solvent containing a surface active agent; adding a reducing agent to the resultant liquid at a reduction temperature for Fe ions constituting the salt of Fe or higher to synthesize the FePt particles and simultaneously precipitate the Fe particles on some FePt particles which are used as nuclei. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
