PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent copy without permission of a digital data file by restrictively permitting uploading by a given code value when an identification code capable of checking a seller is granted to the digital data file to upload a charged digital data file to a personal computer terminal from a digital data player. SOLUTION: In a digital data file anti-copying method, when an identification code of the digital data file to be uploaded is read and it is ascertained that the file is downloaded charged, upload is permitted just for the specific number of times or upload is not permitted.
