PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a pharmaceutical composition that even an elderly person having difficulty in swallowing easily takes and masks bitterness of amlodipine besilate. SOLUTION: The pharmaceutical composition is obtained by coating amlodipine besilate alone or a mixture of amlodipine besilate and an excipient with a coating agent containing one or more selected from the group consisting of a water-insoluble polymer, an enteric polymer and a gastrosoluble polymer.
