PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging device which supplies the minimum amount of an inert gas required for each merchandise type by simple control. SOLUTION: A combined measuring system 1 is provided with a gas supplying device 20, an operation input part 7, a memory 42 and a first supply control part 51. The gas supplying device 20 supplies a nitrogen gas into a packaging material. The operation input part 7 sets nitrogen gas supply conditions for each merchandise type. The memory 42 stores the supply conditions set in the part 7. The first supply control part 51 controls the device 20 according to the supply conditions stored in the memory 42.
