A method for filtering communication content of roaming user is provided, including: the second network of the roaming user acquires the rules for filtering received or transmitted contents from the first network of the roaming user, filters the received or transmitted contents based on the filtration rules. A content filtration server, a system for filtering the communication content of the roaming user and home network content filtration server and visited content filtration server are also provided. The problems of wasting of network resource and time cost when processing the received or transmitted contents in the visited network are solved.
