<p>The invention relates to water for artificial breeding (6) to be used for seawater organisms and freshwater organisms, which contains sodium, calcium and potassium by adding them to water for breeding such that it has a specific gravity of 1.004 or more and not more than that of natural seawater, and that the abundance ratio of potassium to calcium is from 0.93 to that in natural seawater and the abundance ratio of sodium to calcium and potassium is from 55 to that in natural seawater; and an aquaculture system using this water for artificial breeding, which includes a breeding tank (1) placed in a space at an ambient temperature between 15°C and 30°C in the surface of the ground, the water for artificial breeding (6) filled in the breeding tank (1), and a filtering device (2) for filtering the water for artificial breeding (6) filled in the breeding tank (1).</p> |
