A portable fluid delivering system and a portable fluid delivering kit are provided to transfer small quantity of fluid by using vapor pressure of fluid as a driving pressure source. A portable fluid delivering system comprises a container(11), a heating source(13), and a delivery tube(15). The container has an indoor space and an exhaust port(111) for fluid(20), which represents a state of liquid at a room temperature. The heating source provides the indoor space with increased vapor pressure by heating the fluid. The delivery tube includes a first end(151) opened toward the indoor space and a second end(153) opened to the outside. The delivery tube connects the exhaust port and the container.
