<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a positive electric charge control resin capable of making an electrophotographic functional part contacted with a toner to an electric charge property contrary to a toner polarity and excellent in dispersibility and compatibility with a main binder. <P>SOLUTION: The positive electric charge control resin comprises a copolymer obtained by polymerizing a fluoroalkyl group-containing (meth)acrylate monomer represented by formula (1), an amino group-containing monomer represented by formula (2) and/or formula (3), and a hydroxyl group-containing monomer represented by formula (4) as the copolymer components. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
