<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of sterilizing one group of containers in a decompressible sterilization room without a low-temperature plasma used for sterilization which enables a linear filler that works periodically to work in remarkably improved efficiency during sterilization. <P>SOLUTION: The method of sterilizing the one group of the containers in the decompressible sterilization room includes (a) a step for carrying the one group of the containers into an opened sterilization room, (b) a step for closing the sterilization room, (c) a step for preliminarily decompressing the sterilization room not more than 500 mb, (d) a step for supplying a vapor mixture containing a steam and a hydrogen peroxide vapor into the sterilization room, (e) a step for sterilizing and condensing the vapor mixture simultaneously on the surface of the container, (f) a step for removing a generated condensate by decompressing the sterilization room to a pressure with which both the components of the condensate evaporate, (g) a step for injecting a sterile gas into the sterilization room, (h) a step for opening the sterilization room and (i) a step for taking out the one group of the containers from the sterilization room. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
