<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a color filter with protrusions for liquid crystal alignment control having a sufficient height even if one pixel size of the color filter is a micropattern and a substrate surface is uneven. <P>SOLUTION: The protrusions 5, 6 for liquid crystal alignment control comprise a cured product of a photosensitive resin composition containing an alkali-soluble resin, a photopolymerizable monomer, a photopolymerization initiator and inorganic fine particles. The inorganic fine particles are contained in a range of 5-50 wt.% of the cured product. The inorganic fine particles have a primary particle diameter of ≤100 nm. The inorganic fine particles are silica. The cured product has a relative dielectric constant of <5 and a dielectric loss tangent of ≤0.014. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
