PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a waste liquid filled-up tank from being installed again with a simple configuration in case the waste liquid tank is exchangeably installed. SOLUTION: A waste liquid tank packaged in mainframe is detachably installed in the mainframe of an image formation device, and the waste liquid tank packaged in mainframe, if filled up, can be replaced with a waste liquid tank for exchanging. An initial output voltage of a waste liquid filling-up sensor of the waste liquid tank for exchanging is established to be higher than a filling-up release threshold value Vc while the initial output voltage of the waste liquid filling-up sensor of the waste liquid tank packaged in mainframe being established to be lower than the filling-up release threshold value Vc. After the waste liquid tank packaged in body is filled up, unless the waste liquid tank for exchanging whose initial output voltage is higher than the filling-up release threshold value Vc is installed, the filled-up state is not released.
