PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently collect address location information for constructing and updating a geographic database. SOLUTION: This system acquires a delivery destination location information of an article from a moving vehicle via a location information acquiring means, reads an identification code attached to the article with a code reader to identify a delivery destination address of the article from the identification code, generates address location information for associating the delivery destination address with the delivery destination location information acquired by the location information acquiring means via the identification code, adds, changes and deletes geographic coordinates corresponding to the address stored in the geographic database based on the address location information, thereby constructing and updating the geographic database matching with the actual geographical feature.
