PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic light emitting display device of a top emission type which can increase a luminous brightness by increasing the amount of electrons injected into an electron injection layer. SOLUTION: At least a cathode CD, an electron injection layer EIL, an electron transport layer ETL, a light emitter layer EML, a hole transport layer HTL, and an anode AD are sequentially laminated on an insulating substrate SUB. The electron injection layer EIL is formed by a co-evaporated layer of tris-(8-hydroxyquinoline) aluminum (Alq<SB>3</SB>) and lithium (Li). The electron transport layer ETL is formed as an evaporated layer of tris-(8-hydroxyquinoline) aluminum (Alq<SB>3</SB>). A ratio of Li/Alq<SB>3</SB>in the co-evaporated layer is set to be not smaller than 1 and not larger than 3, the co-evaporated layer is set to have a film thickness not smaller than 1 nm and not larger than 3 nm, and Alq<SB>3</SB>evaporated layer is set to have a film thickness not smaller than 5 nm and not larger than 7.5 nm. Since a resistance component decreases, a current increases and the amount of electrons injected into the emitter layer increases (an electron mobility increases), and thus, a luminous brightness is increased.
