PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor control unit capable of reducing price by simplifying the assembly of the motor control unit. SOLUTION: The motor control unit comprises: a heat sink having a fin; a support formed by resin adhering to the heat sink; a power semiconductor module having a plurality of external electrode terminals adhering to the heat sink; a substrate to which a plurality of external electrode terminals are connected; a fan that has a connection cable and a connector, and is mounted to the heat sink; a fan case fixing the fan and the heat sink; and a boss for positioning the heat sink formed in the support.
