PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new magnetic pigment capable of being used for a method which enables the easy detection of an object to be inspected which exists under a very low concentration, a method that easily eliminates many other matters capable of interfering separation or measurement of the object; and a method which eliminates risks such as carry-over and contamination when a nucleic acid is extracted from a biological sample.
