PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carton holder in which a cross-section orthogonal to its vertical direction becomes an approximate square and piled-papers storing carton whose height in the vertical direction is 1-1.5 times of the width of the cross-sectioned face is swingably maintained so as to keep a pulling-out opening on an upper face usually turn upward. SOLUTION: The carton holder is provided with a holding section 1 for holding the bottom of the piled papers storing carton, a swinging section 2 which has a peak section at a position approximately coinciding with an extended line of a vertical center axis of the piled papers storing carton held by the holding section 1 and forms a smooth convex surface 2b approximately line-symmetrical to the vertical center axis of the piled-papers storing carton where a portion extended from the peak section to a holding section 1 side is held on the holding section 1, and a weight section in which the center of the whole gravity is located at a position lower than at least the holding section 1 while the piled papers storing carton is held at the condition that the maximum piled papers are stored in the holding section 1 and the weight section is arranged in the vicinity of the peak section in the swinging section 2 located at a position approximately coinciding with an extended line of the vertical center axis of the piled papers storing carton.
