PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating method for a vehicle aluminum wheel, repairing minute defects near the surface of the vehicle aluminum wheel (performing sealing) and preventing blistering from being generated on a coated face in a baking process of coating. SOLUTION: In this coating method for the vehicle aluminum wheel, processed materials at least including spherical bodies or polyhedrons ofϕ5 mm or more of diameter are made collide with the surface of the vehicle aluminum wheel to which cutting and rough machining is applied, so as to perform surface processing of the vehicle aluminum wheel.
