PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving force distribution control device of a four-wheel-drive vehicle capable of enhancing acceleration while enhancing slip convergence. SOLUTION: A controller 8 limits the maximum driving force distribution ratio of rear wheels with a limit value larger than a value according to the static weight distribution ratio of front and rear wheels when an output response of an electric motor 2b to a rear wheel driving force command value is delayed more than an output response of an engine 1+ an electric motor 2a to a front wheel driving force command value.
