PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress generation of abnormal noise from an assembly part of a cowl louver to a windshield glass. SOLUTION: With the cowl louver 14 mounted to the windshield glass 12, a front end part 12A of the windshield glass 12 and a buffer block 40 disposed to a lower face side of the front end part 12A of the windshield glass 12 are caught from a vehicular vertical direction, by means of catching part 30G of a holding piece 30 rotatably disposed to a wall part 14C of the cowl louver 14, and a protector 18 disposed to a rear end part 14A of the cowl louver 14. A clearance is formed between a flange 30K of the holding piece 30 and a lower face 12D of the windshield glass 12, to prevent the abnormal noise caused by abutment of the flange 30K of the holding piece 30 with the lower face 12D of the windshield glass 12.
