PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain a paper bundle gripper which hardly falls off from a paper bundle, and a manufacturing method of the paper bundle gripper. SOLUTION: The paper bundle gripper 1 is formed like a plate and grips the paper bundle by a pair of gripping pieces 3 and 5 which are urged in the direction of approaching each other. One gripping piece 3 is in a positional relation of being almost perpendicular to the other gripping piece 5, and the gripping piece 5 has a groove part 9 into which the gripping piece 3 is inserted.
