A Karaoke system equipped with a song learning function and a song learning method thereof are provided to enable a user to practice a difficult measure of a song fully and conveniently by playing a predetermined unit of the song repeatedly based on a request of the user. A Karaoke system includes a contents storing part(100), a key input unit(200), a text display controller(400), a display unit(500), an audio codec(600), a speaker(1000), a microphone(700), a recording data storing part(300), a network interface(800), and a controller(900). The controller includes a mode setting part(910) providing a process for setting an operation mode to learn a song and storing the selected operation mode, a score calculator(920) calculating a score of a learning result of the user when the user learns the song, and a song learning controller(930). The song learning controller controls reproducing/recording of a Karaoke sound stored in the contents storing part or the song sung by the user according to an environment setting value stored in the mode setting value. |
