A method for providing use details of a virtual payment account and a program recording medium thereof are provided to take a welfare fund and insurance money of an insurance company, and invite voucher receivers as a customer by providing monthly and quarterly settlement details of each virtual account to an organ or an insurance company having a mother account of a virtual payment account dedicated for a voucher. An account opener opens a plurality of virtual payment accounts, which use an account of a voucher payer as a mother account, to each voucher receiver. An account operator stores deposit/withdrawal details of the virtual payment account to a virtual payment account ledger. An information processor periodically checks the deposit/withdrawal details stored in the virtual payment account ledger and integrates/classifies the deposit/withdrawal details according to a predetermined condition(830). An information provider provides the classified deposit/withdrawal details to a voucher payer.
