HORN ARRAY TYPE ANTENNA FOR DUAL LINEAR POLARIZATION

A horn array type antenna for a dual linear polarization is provided to reduce a height of a horn with maintaining the efficiency of the antenna by forming a protrusive projection on the horn. A horn array type antenna for a dual linear polarization includes a horn unit(15), a polarization filtering unit(20), a first polarization guide, and a second polarization guide. The horn unit receives first and second polarizations vertical to each other. The polarization filtering unit is connected to the horn unit and separates the two polarizations from each other. The first polarization guide guides the first polarization separated by the polarization filtering unit. The second polarization guide guides the second polarization separated by the polarization filtering unit. The horn unit is formed in a barrel shape with both opened ends. A protrusion(17) is formed at one of the both ends with a narrow width to be protruded to a center of the one end.
