OSCILLATION CIRCUIT AND SEMICONDUCTOR DEVICE WITH SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oscillation circuit for restricting a change in oscillation frequency against variation or the like of power supply voltage and outputting more stable frequency.

SOLUTION: The oscillation circuit comprises a constant current circuit connected between a first terminal and a second terminal; a voltage controlled oscillation circuit changing in frequency owing to a potential difference between power supply voltage terminals; an n channel transistor; a p channel transistor with gate-source voltage becoming constant owing to the constant current circuit; and a capacitor. The p channel transistor has a source connected to the first terminal and a drain connected to a drain and a gate of the n channel transistor. The n channel transistor has a source connected to the second terminal and a gate connected to the second terminal via the capacitor. The oscillation circuit constructed as above outputs stable frequency.
