<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas shut-off device capable of communicating with all gas meters belonging to a base station only by fitting the gas meter. <P>SOLUTION: The gas shut-off device has a flow-rate measuring means 17 measuring a gas flow rate, a gas shut-off valve 2c interrupting a gas flow path in an abnormal case and an information storage means 10b storing various information based on the result of the measurement of the flow-rate measuring means 17. The gas shut-off device further has a radio module 11 transmitting and receiving information to and from a plurality of opposite places and a communication changeover means 10c changing over communication frequency bands in response to the opposite places. The radio module 11 is configured integrally with a control circuit board 10 constituting the flow-rate measuring means 17 and housed in the gas meter 2, and has the communication frequency band with at least the base station 14 and the communication frequency band with the gas meter fitted in a specified area while being configured so as to be able to set an arbitrary communication path by arbitrarily combining the communication frequency bands. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
