PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polypropylene resin film having large oxygen permeability and carbon dioxide permeability, and a low haze, and exhibiting excellent freshness-keeping properties when vegetables and fruits, or flowering plants are wrapped. SOLUTION: The gas permeability-regulated film includes a layer containing (A) a polypropylene, (B) an ethylene-1-octene random copolymer and (C) a styrene-ethylene/butylene-styrene block copolymer regulated so that the content of the component (A) is 55-95 wt.%, the content of the total of the components (B) and (C) is 5-45 wt.%, and the weight ratio of the components (B) to (C) is within the range of (80/20)-(20/80).
