PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide design of a jack having a rotary handle base, capable of freely rotating the handle base, further smooth and convenient in operation and control of a handle, and capable of enhancing safety of use operation. SOLUTION: The handle base 3 and an oil return valve 6 are separately arranged. When operating the handle, safety of operation is improved by eliminating the occurrence of interference with the oil return valve 6. The handle base 3 is movably pivoted on and joined to a rotary base 2. A presser plate 4 and a rotary receiving base 1 are respectively arranged above and below the rotary base 2. The rotary receiving base 1 is fixedly arranged in a hydraulic set of the jack, and thus, the handle base 3 can freely rotate in the 360°direction on the rotary receiving base 1. A set of braking mechanisms are also arranged in a combination on the presser plate 4. Braking is formed to the presser plate 4 when using a clutch and a braking pin. The handle base 3 can be fixably and immovably controlled, and the oil return valve 6 can control operation of its oil return operation by using a pedal 9. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
