PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-capacity bag-like container which can maintain an unprecedented repeated vacuum state by providing an opening with an exhaust port for internal air in a highly airtight manner, while providing the large-diameter opening so as to facilitate the taking-out of contents. SOLUTION: The opening of the bag-like container, which is formed of a flexible sheet, is formed of a heat-shrinkable resin sheet material, and the exhaust port, which is formed of a rigid material, is joined by the heat-shrinkable sheet material. The bag-like container comprises: a lid body inside which a filter for separating the contents from air is provided, which is equipped with one vent hole, and which can adapt to the exhaust port; a bolt which is equipped with an axially-penetrating through-hole, keeps a check valve incorporated in series with the through-hole and controls the opening/closing of the vent hole by adapting to the vent hole of the lid body; and a clamp which holds the bolt, and which makes the bolt abut on the lid body, so as to bring the lid body and the exhaust port into close contact with each other.
