PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an end part structure of a double pipe type exhaust pipe which is easily machined and can suppress increase of an exhaust pressure without causing deterioration of durability, a cost increase and a weight increase. SOLUTION: An inner pipe 2 partitions an exhaust gas flow passage 20 and an outer pipe 3 covers an outer peripheral surface 2b of the inner pipe 2. A connecting pipe 6 has one end part 10 fixed to the end part of the outer pipe 3, and partitions the exhaust gas flow passage 21 having the inside diameter D3 of a size not less than the inside diameter D1 of the inner pipe 2. An exhaust valve device 12 is fixed to the other end part 11, partitions the exhaust gas flow passage 22 having the inside diameter D4 of the size not less than the inside diameter D1 of the inner pipe 2, and has an opening/closing valve 14 for opening/closing the exhaust gas flow passage 22. The connecting pipe 6 separates the opening/closing valve 14 and the end part of the inner pipe 2 so that the end part of the inner pipe 2 is disposed outside of moving area of the opening/closing valve 14.
