PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dispersed inorganic electroluminescent panel having a high luminance. SOLUTION: The dispersed inorganic electroluminescent panel has at least three layers of light emitter layers 3 interposing alternately a dielectric layer 4 between a pair of electrodes 1, 1 of which at least one is transparent.
